It’s suicide prevention week. Have a listen. Be a friend.

No matter who they are or what they look like most of the time someone is hiding behind a  fake smile watch out because if you don’t see the signs it could be far too late. I learnt this lesson in February when I lost a friend because of suicide so everyone please be more careful about what you say to someone or how you go about a situation because it could be the last thing you say to them.
